Retirement residential home and sheltered housing building in Murska Sobota

The project foresees two structures:
- Sheltered housing building: ground floor + 2 floors, with total of 21 units. Single slope roof, with terrace on top. The building has an elevator. Independent units with a bathroom and a kitchen. No basement. AB structure, walls from the porotherm construction blocks, exterior Demit façade system. The structure will not be air-conditioned, but will allow installation of cooling units in individual apartment units, if desired.
- Retirement home: entire structure from reinforced concrete, with exterior Demit façade system. No basement, ground floor + 3 floors, single slope roof, rooms with balconies, bathrooms. The building has an elevator. The ground floor contains a dining area, kitchen, administration offices. The building is air-conditioned.
- The surrounding areas have parking spaces for both buildings, with some green areas.
The home will be managed by the Dom Rakičan home. The investor of both buildings is the Housing Fund of the Republic of Slovenia. The value of the investment is over € 3 million, with a turnkey contract. Within the specified deadline the construction has to be finished, the building has to pass the technical inspection and acquire an operating permit. Interior equipment is not a part of our contract.
Commencement of works: June 2009
Foreseen completion of works: July 2010
